WARNING

1. NEVER SKIP A RELEASE WHEN UPDATING FROM PRIOR VERSIONS AND REMEMBER TO BACKUP ALL DATA FIRST (LINPHA DB INCLUSIVE)
2. MAKE SURE TO POINT YOUR BROWSER AT LEAST ONE TIME TO INDEX.PHP AFTER EACH UPDATE TO PERFORM REQUIRED DB UPDATES
   

LinPHA 1.3.3 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your files, if changed (CSS, include/archiver.config.php, include/metadata.config.php)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.3.3 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.3.2 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your files, if changed (CSS, include/archiver.config.php, include/metadata.config.php)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.3.2 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.3.1 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your files, if changed (CSS, include/archiver.config.php, include/metadata.config.php)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.3.1 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.3.0 update

LinPHA 1.2.0 update

• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.2.0 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.1.0 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your files, if changed (CSS, include/archiver.config.php, include/metadata.config.php)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.1.1 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)
• NOTE: Due a minor bug, LinPHA version number will still show 1.1.0 after the update, but indeed it is the 1.1.1, sorry...

LinPHA 1.0 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first

• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.1.0 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.0RC2 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first

• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.0 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.0RC1 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your files, if changed (CSS, include/archiver.config.php, include/metadata.config.php)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.0RC2 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.0beta3 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your files, if changed (CSS, include/archiver.config.php, include/metadata.config.php)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.0RC1 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• Make sure to recreate all your EXIF metadata, please see:
  

Admin section "Thumbnails EXIF/IPTC". ("Other Options" in LinPHA < 1.0RC1)

• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.0beta2 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your CSS files (if changed)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.0beta3 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)

LinPHA 1.0beta1 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your CSS files (if changed)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.0beta2 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)
• Maybe you have to reload your browser twice
• NOTE: due a necesarry recalculate of md5sums it may TAKE SOME TIME until the LinPHA startpage appears again...

LinPHA 0.9.4 update

• If you are logged in as admin, please logout first
• Remember to backup your CSS files (if changed)
• Untar/unzip LinPHA-1.0beta1 and copy all new files and directories over the old ones. (NOT the /albums and /sql subfolders!)
• You are done :-)
• Maybe you have to reload your browser twice
• NOTE: due DB changes it may TAKE SOME TIME when you revisit LinPHA the first time

For all older releases it's pretty the same...
Because of database changes, any version prior 0.5.0 needs to be replaced by a fresh clean INSTALL, sorry.
